Workshop 1: Wedding Day Content Creation by Henry Fang from Eventful Edits

Eventful Edits is a Vancouver–based wedding content creation company specializing in candid, documentary-style storytelling. The team focuses on real moments, genuine emotions, and the little details that make each celebration unique—capturing the day authentically so couples can relive not just how it looked, but how it felt.
As “wedding video journalists,” Eventful Edits quietly documents everything as it unfolds, using only an iPhone to keep the experience natural, relaxed, and unobtrusive. The editing style leans into cinematic storytelling, transforming raw, heartfelt clips into short-form highlight videos that feel like a movie trailer of a love story. Best of all, everything is delivered by the next day—perfect for reliving the magic while the excitement is still fresh.
Behind Eventful Edits is Henry, the founder, who brings over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality and weddings. Since 2018, Henry has worked as a wedding coordinator, giving him an insider’s perspective on how a wedding day flows. Before launching Eventful Edits, he spent more than 12 years in luxury hotel operations, specializing in weddings and events at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu. His passion for the industry also led him to serve on the board of the Oahu Wedding Association, where he collaborated with top professionals to elevate wedding experiences.
With this background, Eventful Edits understands the importance of teamwork and seamlessly blending in with photographers, videographers, and planners to support each couple’s vision. The company isn’t just about creating beautiful videos—it’s about being a trusted part of the wedding team, ensuring every story is captured with care, intention, and artistry.

Our process is simple—consult, measure, design, final fit—with hand-delivery and on-site checks.
Workshop 3: Wedding Planning by Leslie Luu from Elle Weddings
